Aluminium Can Supply
We supply three standard SKUs: 250ml (ideal for energy drinks and premium functional beverages), 330ml (the global standard format for CSD, juice, and RTD tea/coffee), and 500ml (the tallboy format for sports, hydration, and value beverages). We import cans from trusted manufacturers in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia. Our import network gives us access to competitive pricing and reliable supply across multiple geographies — reducing supply chain concentration risk for our clients.
Yes — custom-printed cans (with your brand artwork directly printed on the can body) are available, typically at higher MOQs than plain cans. We can also supply plain/unprinted cans for brands using self-adhesive labels as a lower-MOQ alternative. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll advise on the best option for your volume.
Lead times vary depending on the sourcing country and order volume. For clients on a regular supply cycle, we work to ensure stock is available in advance of your production schedule. Discuss your production timeline with us when you enquire and we'll plan accordingly.
Formula Development
Our lab works across all major beverage categories: energy and functional drinks, carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices and nectars, RTD tea and coffee, sports and hydration beverages, wellness drinks, Indian traditional beverages (nimbu pani, aam panna, jaljeera, etc.), and zero-sugar and low-calorie formulations. If it's a beverage, we can formulate it.
A standard beverage formulation project typically takes 4 to 8 weeks from initial brief to a lab-approved formulation, depending on category complexity, the number of flavour variants, and the iteration rounds required. More complex formulations (functional beverages with active ingredients, zero-sugar systems with multiple sweeteners) may take longer. We'll give you an accurate timeline when we review your brief.
Yes. All formulas we develop are built with FSSAI compliance in mind from the outset — ingredient approval status, permitted additive levels, and category-specific regulations are checked during development, not as an afterthought. Minimum production runs vary by manufacturer and format. We work with partners who accommodate smaller trial runs for new brands as well as large commercial orders for established ones. When you share your volume requirements, we'll match you to the right plant and give you an accurate MOQ for your format.
Yes. We handle complete private label projects — from formula development and packaging specification to production, FSSAI-compliant labelling, and dispatch under your brand name.
