Manit Agarwal founded Red Bottle Consultancy after spending three years building and operating his own beverage brand in India. That experience — navigating formula development, sourcing reliable aluminium cans, finding the right manufacturing partners, and managing FSSAI compliance — gave him a firsthand understanding of exactly what beverage founders need and where they typically go wrong.
Most beverage consultancies are run by food scientists or industry veterans who have worked in large FMCG organisations. Manit's background is different — he has been on the founding side of a beverage brand, which means his advice is grounded in the realities of building from scratch: limited capital, tight timelines, and the need to make the right decisions early.
Red Bottle Consultancy is built on the conviction that every beverage founder deserves access to the same network and knowledge that took years of trial and error to build.
