Founder & Principal Consultant

Manit Agarwal founded Red Bottle Consultancy after building a beverage brand of his own. It began with a craving for something fizzy, lemony and minty that did not exist, so he made it. That drink became Elemint, a ready-to-drink mocktail brand that launched in aluminium cans in January 2025, followed by PET bottles in April and July 2025.

Getting there meant learning the formula, the can, the licence, the labels and the production partners from the inside, and learning where founders most often lose time and money. That is the experience Red Bottle Consultancy now offers to other founders.

Most beverage consultancies are run by food scientists or industry veterans who have worked in large FMCG organisations. Manit's background is different. He has been on the founding side of a beverage brand, which means his advice is grounded in the realities of building from scratch: limited capital, tight timelines, and the need to make the right decisions early.

Red Bottle Consultancy is built on the conviction that every beverage founder deserves access to the same network and knowledge that took years of trial and error to build.
